Proof of Identity

Tax Identification Numbers are mandatory items on your checklist. All taxpayers will need the following to do their taxes.

  • Identification

    Driver’s License, Department State ID, U.S Passport or Military ID.

    Your spouse’s Driver’s License, Department State ID, U.S Passport or Military ID.

  • Social Security Card

    Self, Spouse, and any Qualifying Dependents.

  • IRS Assigned PIN

    The pin helps the IRS verify your identity when you file your electronic or paper tax return (If one has been issued to you).

  • Bank Account and Routing Number

    A routing and account number is require for the purpose of receiving your refund via direct deposit or to pay any balances due.
